I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing mental health therapy in Westminster, Maryland. I received my undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) and my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. I have experience working with clients in inpatient, outpatient and residential settings. My areas of expertise include suicide prevention, intervention and postvention; substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders. I work with individuals as well as couples and families. I approach therapy as a collaborative effort with a strengths-based, holistic perspective. I believe that the therapeutic process is a partnership between the clinician and the client with the primary focus of treatment being enhancing skills to attain overall physical, spiritual and mental wellness.
